You first see a short video explaining how the service works. If it makes sense, continue to the guided brief. The video takes about two minutes and the brief about five. There is no sales call.
Do I need to write the website copy?
No. Answer the questions in the brief and we write the initial website copy. If you already have copy you want to use, upload it.
Do I need professional photos?
No. Upload what you have. When something important is missing, version one can use an appropriate temporary image or a clearly marked placeholder for you to replace before launch.
What will I receive by 6am?
A private, working first version with the agreed core pages, initial copy, responsive design and main contact, quote or booking form. It is not published on your domain before you review it.
When does the 6am clock start?
The exact date, time and timezone are confirmed in the guided brief before production begins.
Can you use my existing domain?
Yes. Domain access is not required for the first private version. We request it when the website is ready to be connected and launched.
Is SEO included?
The website includes essential technical and on-page foundations. Ongoing SEO, content, advertising, CRM implementation and custom automation are separate services and are only added if you request them.
Do you build online stores or custom software?
Not under the standard $297 website plan. Advanced e-commerce, marketplaces, portals and custom software need separate scope and pricing.
